what''s wrong with me?

Please help... I am currently taking 1/2 stilnox every night, still don''t sleep proplerly (sleep maybe 1 1/2 hours then wake up and toss and turn, I have multiple very vivid dreams every night, and frequent restless / painful limbs and joints. I am 31, female, suffer from crohns disease, and have a very stressful lifestyle. I also believe that I am depressed. What can I do? I am always tired.
