Wet ears

My dog gets wet, sticky ears [summer &  winter, but winter worst]. Have had nodes cut out of his ears, but they grow back. He walks around crying day in and day out.
Can you help?

He needs targeted treatment until this condition is cured - your vet must assist you with this. In need, request a referral to a vet specialist.
