Most antiedpressants have some possibility of encouraging weight gain, but there's quite wide individual variation, none do it in everyone, none do it in none. Though the SSRI / prozac family may cause weight loss by their propensity for causing mild nausea. Whatever, increasing attention to diet and exercise will still be able to restrain weight loss. Alcohol is both a potent source of weight gain ( and a potent cause of Depression ) but it also reduces the benefits of antidepressants ( and sometimes the combination can make you m ore drunk than usual ) so combining them is never a good idea.
