Dear Rechelle
The basic principles of weightloss in most people, is that reduction of energy intake by eating less, esp fat, will cause weightloss. However, not eating often (at least 3 meals a day), is not a good idea because skipping meals usually leads to hunger, sugar cravings and overeating at the next meal. So by all means reduce your total energy intake, but don't skip meals.
