Weight training for over sixties.

Do you recommend weight training for over sixties and if so can you advise the correct exercises to be completed (reps, ideal weights etc)? Is circuit training better than free weight training and is body building recommended?

Dear Aldo
I am no expert at weight training, but 60 is not old and your body will tell you if you are doing too much. Ask a qualified physiotherapist/ bio kineticist for advice. I'm sure that your gym has an expert who can help.
