Weight Loss

Hi there,

Someone that I saw a year ago told me i loss wieght,I''m tall and also slender(never was fat).Have high blood pressure and dont feel like i lost weight.I eat as I used to and still have a good appetite.I am tired sometimes cause of my lifestyle but that''s it.Do i need to be concern?
