Dear Weight Loss
The fact that you lost 15 kg with Weigh-Less indicates that the diet works well for you. It may be a good idea to return to them for a short period to help you shed the 4 kg you have gained. If you are doing very strenuous exercise like running 10 km races, it is also possible that the increase in weight is due to the development of muscle tissue (which weighs more than fat tissue). But do consider going back to Weigh-Less to help you get back to 68 kg.
Best regards
