What is the best way of losing weight fast.Are the any pills that can be taken that do not have any side effects

The best way to lose weight fast is to follow an intensive aerobic exercise program and eat plenty of vegetables and a little bit of carbohydrates (3-4 portions per day only) avoid sugar, cakes and fatty food, eat 3 portions of lean protein and 3 portions of fruit per day. Pills are mostly dangerous, short-acting and in some cases addictive - rather avoid them.

You need to expend more energy than you take in (which is the basic law of weight loss), but without letting your body go into survival mode triggered by hunger.

When you eat too little food, you body destroys your muscles in an effort to slow your metabolism. What you need to do is eat enough (healthy) food not to feel hungry and at the same time doing exercise to use up your stored energy (fat). It also seems helpful to do muscle building exercises to speed up your metabolism more permanently.
