Weight Loss

Which foods are more fattening: Pototoes/Bread/Rice or Butter/Oils/Salad Dressing and also will you put on weight if you drink fluids while eating a meal?

Even salad will be fattening if you eat too much! High GI carbohydrates like Potato and bread and fats will cause you to pick up weight more easily. A good diet to loose weight is low GI carbs ( brown rice, high fibre bread), low fat intake, high vegetables and fruit intake (especially white/green vegetables, Apples and Pears) and adding a low fat protein with each meal
