weight loss

How many calories or kilojules should I take in daily? I would like to loose weight.
I am 1.60 and 58 years old.
I do no excercise

Generally speaking adult women need to reduce their calorie intake to 1500 cal per day if they want to lose weight. Also consider doing some activity (swimming or walking) every day to increase your energy output as this promotes weightloss.
