weight gain

Ek is 52 jaar oud. Twee jaar gelede was ek baie siek en die dr het agtergekom dat my HB 3,8 was. Ek het elke maand n bloedoortapping gekry en 6 eenhede bloed gekry. Die toestand het aangehou en die dokter het besluit dat ek n historektomie moes kry. Voor die historektomie het ek 100kg geweeg. Ek het 20kg opgetel na die historektomie. Ek het n wondbreuk gekry wat n maand terug herstel is. Na die operasie het ek 7kg opgetel, ek stap elke dag maar kry nie die gewig af nie. Het ook nog nie hormoonvervangingsterapie gekry nie. Help asb.
