Weight bearing

are yoga, the ball and pilates considered weight bearing exercises i.e. can i include them on days that i am not doing cardio and only light dumbells? or do they fall under cardio category? i assume aerobics is cardio?

Yes, they are weight bearing activities. So the complement the cardio training. Aerobics is cardio, yes.

So I'd include them on the non-cardio days.
