With regards ejaculating quickly. The average time for a man to ejaculate if he doesn't learn to delay ejaculation is about 2 minutes. Men need to learn ways to lessen their excitement during sex to last longer. This may be via slowing down or stopping thrusting whilst also taking some deep breaths and focusing on relaxing the excitement. You will not be able to do this if you are already too excited though, so you need to 'catch yourself' early on before the point of 'ejaculatory inevitability'.
