These things may be seperate. First, with regards losing your erection, if you have a hard erection when you masturbate and when you wake up in the morning, then chances are that your problems are more to do with worrying about performance (and maybe about not pleasing your partner). If you are finding that your erection is softer than it used to be on all occasions, then you NEED to go to your doctor and tell him about this so that you can check your health. Sometimes losing an erection is an early warning sign of bigger health problems, and this must be checked and treated if it is a problems. If the doctor says you are ok, then it may be that your worry is getting in the way of your body's ability to function normally. Get the ok from your doctor first and if all is ok, then post another question on this forum and we can try to address the way forward from then.

With regards ejaculating quickly. The average time for a man to ejaculate if he doesn't learn to delay ejaculation is about 2 minutes. Men need to learn ways to lessen their excitement during sex to last longer. This may be via slowing down or stopping thrusting whilst also taking some deep breaths and focusing on relaxing the excitement. You will not be able to do this if you are already too excited though, so you need to 'catch yourself' early on before the point of 'ejaculatory inevitability'. The question regarding learning to delay your ejaculation has be responded to many times on this forum, perhaps you can have a look through previous postings for this topic and learn more.
