Water bottles

Good Morning,
I want to know, Is reusing your water bottles bad for your health? If so, How and Why?

Yes, it is possible that there a bacterial growth can form inside the bottles. Sterilise the bottle regularly by washing it with water and dishwashing liquid.

It is however, better to use stainless steel or glass bottles, as that plastics made from polycarbonate resin can leach bisphenol-A (BPA), a potent hormone disruptor. BPA, a chemical found in epoxy resin and polycarbonate plastics, may impair the reproductive organs and have adverse effects on tumors, breast tissue development and prostate development by reducing sperm count.
