Water aerobics

Hi there

I am a 25yr old female, who is over weight and in bad shape. I''ve read up on water aerobics and it seem to be the perfect start.

Would you recommend it?

It's a good way to start, yes, because it's so low impact and that means little risk of injury. It's also supervised and in a group, and both are good sources of motivation. So yes, absolutely, if you can and have access to it, I'd say go for it!
