Warm sensation in leg

Warm sensation in left leg to side of shin area.
66 years old.

This could be caused either by a nerve pinching in the lower back due to a disc protruding or nerve damage in the area caused by diseases like diabetes (peripheral neuropathy). Best to let your GP have a look to see if cause can be determined and if further tests are needed.
