Hallo Dave
For foods to avoid when on Warfarin, see http://ods.od.nih.gov/pubs/factsheets/coumadin1.pdf
Greens, such as kale, spinach, broccoli, lettuce, and cabbage; cauliflower, soybeans, green tea and strawberries are high in vitamin K. High-protein foods, such as meats and eggs, have some vitamin K. The body’s absorption of vitamin K increases by eating yogurt, which supports the bacteria in your intestine.
