want to lose weight

hi doc im female and i weigh 72 kilos and according to my bmi im over weight and should be weighing between 58 and 61 for my height(156).currently i do 1h:30 of cardio 4 to 5 times a week.i trie to limit my food intake > b/fast -cup all bran flakes n low fat milk,snack-low fat yogurt > lunch,some start(rice/potatoes)salad and meat (moslty chicken)sometimes i dont eat supper but if i do ,its a serving spoon of pap and meat .the problem is the weight is not dropping as i would like to and i dont wanna use deit pills < please advise where i need to make changes .thank u

If you are losing between 0,5 and 1 kg every week to 10 days, then please do not try to force your body to lose at a faster rate. Most slimmers want to lose dramatic amounts of weight in a very short time so they start taking slimming pills and potions and trying out fad diets. Unfortunately most of the weight they lose, is regained the moment they get back to eating sensibly. So please give you body a chance to lose weight steadily. You are doing such a lot of cardio exercise that you need some energy from your diet otherwise you will collapse. Click on 'Diet & Nutrition' at the top of this page, then on 'Healthy Diets' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet and compare the suggested foods and quantities with what you are already eating. If necessary you can make some adjustments. Keep up the good work with the exercise and please be patient.

when did u start if ur excesice. u must not forget to drink plenty of water eating 3-5 potion of fruits n vege.
