i''ve had ectopic twice is it possible to still fall pregnant?

Hello, hope you will help me with these problem, i''ve seen my menstruation on the 12/08/2011 and my cycle length is 28, so normally i am suppossed to ovulate on the 26/08/2011 after 14 days but i saw something like egg white and is streching in my vagina, so it is possible that i am ovulating before the time 26/08/2011
