vraag oor menstruasie

more. wil net weet asb, die afgelope jaar is my menstruasie dietjie deurmekaar en nie meer soos n roetine soos al die jare nie, eks 23 en seksueel aktief, alhoewl ons nie gereeld seks het nie, partykeer 1keer n week ander keer weer 3 keer n week, maar nou was ek 2weke laat weer hierdie maand en het lewensessens gedrink en laas vrydag het ek eventually toe begin en nou ewe skielik die afgelope 3 dae is dit so erg, dit lyk kompleet soos beeslewer wat afkom, dis groot growwe stukke en dit lyk net nie of dit wil stop nie, (eks nooit langer as 7dae nie)
ekt so groot geskrik gisteraand,toe ek in die bad klim, want nog voor ek even kon begin bad is die hele bad rooi en die goed dryf sommer op die water! dis verskriklik gross! ek moes dadelik ander badwaterintap,maar nou wil ek weet, is di t die lewensessens of te min of te veel seks wat dit veroorsaak, en wat kan ek doen om dit te laat opdroog of dadelik te laat stop? ek voel so ongemaklik en vuil!

I've used the 3mounth injection for almost 2years last year I stop using it I only got my period 2tyms now its feb2016 the only period I ever had was a slightly light one an never again what can I use to get my period flowing an normal
