Von Willebrands Disease

Hi, I''ve was diagnosed with Von Willebrands Disease a few years back. I heard that it is not advisable to take Omega supplements? Is that true? What can I do then to get extra essensitial fats that one needs?

You should hence, refrain from any fish oils.
