vomiting

if a girl aged 15 started vomiting saying something is moving in her stomach is she allergic to something or pregnant

It could just be a muscular spasm or she ate something off. Sounds like a tummy bug.

Most people don''t vomit when they are pregnant, they just have nausea.

Also, the vomiting stops a month to two months before you can feel the movement of a baby - and someone is very obviously pregnant and its noticeable by the size of her stomach by the time she will feel baby movements in a first pregnancy.

Sounds like you are being a nosy busy body.
