Our expert says:
It sounds as if you have plantar fasciitis, a very common foot condition. There are no quick fixes for this but there is a lot you can do to help with the pain. Stretching exercises and ice therapy help, as will wearing a high heel shoe for the first 10 minutes of the day. My advice is to find a podiatrist, they should be able to make an orthotic to correct your foot position. Check on websites for stretching exercises.
