vitamins for pregnancy

Hi, we are trying to conceive. What healthy food/vitamins would you recommend that could increase our chances of falling pregnant?

You should take folic acid. This does not increase the chances of pregnancy, but has benefits when you do fall pregnant. A normal healthy diet avoiding caffeine, alcohol and smoking would be good.

Best wishes
