Vitamins

Ek wil graag weet wat is die best " source"  van vitamienis wat ' n persoon kan vant, ek het verkoue ek weet ek moet vitamiene in kry maar wat is die belangrikste 1 om in te neem om te help met die herstel.

Centrum Multivitamins het al die noodsaaklike vitamiene in, maar ek stel voor dat jy verder aanvul met Selenium, sink en ten minste 'n 1000mg Vitamien C per dag.
