vitamins.

Please advise what vitamins should I be taking now that I have reached the age of 51.At the moment I drink the following: one a day,Multivitamin with ginseng,Vitamin D.Omega 3, and Cal-D-Mag.Should I change, add or remain on the above.Your answer will be appreciated.

you can stay on the multivitamin - general base line
Omega 3 - this provides essential oils, controls inflammation, good for brain function
Calcium (if not in calcium carbonate form) then the body needs calcium

i think you can add an anti oxidant formula (prevents free radicals and aging)
