vitamins

I am 52 and taking Pharmaton Proactive but my son said that Staminogrow would be better for me. Should I change and is there a marked difference between the two vitamins?

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

Pharmaton is one of the leading vitamins on the market and therefore, a good choice. You can use them both seperately for a month and make your own assessment. Good eating habits (fresh veggies and food) will also be a very good source of vitamins.
