Vitamin supplments

I am 26 years old and have a very busy life. as a result, i do not have enough time and/or focus to eat healthy food. which multivitamins are best for someone who has bad eating habits?

hi

i would suggest a good absorbable multivitamin and mineral complex (like FoodState) and a vitamin B complex (to address your stress and nervous system). if you are not having fatty fish at least three times a week I would suggest you supplement with a fish oil supplement as well.
