Vitamin B

I heard that Vitamin B increases your appetite but it does this why is it recommended for weight loss?

Some Vitamin B's like vit B 12 can increase appetite, others like Vit B6 and B1 stabilizes hormones that may cause increased appetite. Usually when one is on a strict diet, you don't get in enough vit B which is necessary for proper utilisation of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins in the body, therefor the need for taking a supplement.
