This has affected me so badly because i loved him and trusted him for ten years now he wants a divorce. So i still feel like my heart is swollen,it is very painful, and i also have pain under my left breast and i cant eat propely cause every time i tried to eat i feel like vomitting and the headache is unbearable it feels like its gonna split in to two pieces i am still on medication for depression but it does not help. And i feel dizzy and my temp raises every now and the especially in the night.I have so much anger i feel like harming him because he tells me straight in face that he loves that bitch and there is nothing i can do.Please help.

Hallo Eunice
This is the second most stressfull thing a person can go through. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holmes_and_Rahe_stress_scale)
What may help is seeing a psychologist/counselor
to help you manage the stress and anger and feeling of helplessness. (http://ezinearticles.com/?Divorce-Help-Deciding-If-Divorce-Counseling-Can-Help-You&id=1355673)
Please don't try to go through this alone, one really needs support to get through this difficult time.
