Vaginal prolaps

I had my 2nd child 20 months ago it was very difficult birth and pushed my inside wall of vagina out. It has gone back but when I have to push or sit up there are still some pushing out from the back. I have constant irritation and sex is not a plessure I have very low libido. Should I see a gynae or just a doc.??? What will be a solution??
