Vaginal dryness in menopause

I' m 56, haven' t had a hysterectomy &  have been on Activelle for 5 years, which I' ve been happy with. Lately I' ve been suffering from vaginal dryness. I' m not sexually active, but it' s quite uncomfortable, and hurts when I walk. Is there something I can use to alleviate this, or should I consider changing my HRT?

You could use Premarin vaginal cream.
