Vaginal area

There are protruding dry warts that show around my vaginal area, some very close or nearly inside my vagina others on side or on the pubic area. What could be the problem?

For about six months now I have been treating pimples in my face, chest and at the back between shoulders down the back. They were very itchy and they leave black spots when healing. I have been in different clinics for checkups.

Please help.
