The history is that the partner had warts which the urologist blamed on the HPV virus, warts seem to have been successfully removed. Given this history can a women of this age have this vaccine and is it safe or should we wait another 5 yrs to see if there are any adverse effects to the vacc 1st. Women also has an auto immue disease?

Once you have HPV, the vaccine will not be effective. This is usually the case with a CIN3 lesion, so there is no point in having the vaccine.

Best wishes
