Using Margerine with Sterols

There seem to be numerous benfits to using a margerine that has is high in sterols (eg. Flora-Proactive) to lower cholesterol levels.

My question is whether its best to avoid margerine completely to lower LDL cholesterol levels or have one such as Flora Proactiv?

Thanks

It is proven that Flora-Proactive does lower the bad cholesterol and increases the good cholesterol. The best will be to consult a doctor to do a cholesterol count and to repeat it after three months (using Flora-Proactive). This way you will be able to evaluate your progress.
