Stop worrying about whom to approach – express your disgust in the behavior and the health risk and demand this to stop. You are not really interested in who it is, but that the behavior should stop. Stop stressing about their feelings, the behavior should not be happening and the person responsible should understand that in no uncertain terms.

Don''t you know that pads can''t be flushed? Your comment reflect the level of your maturity.

NO no, never flush pads you will have serious issues with your drainage system. Just discard of them very discretly by wrapping in loo paper or newspaper and in a plastic bag. Fella maybe you can communicate this to them. Hygiene ladies!!!

You should explain to them about hygiene, and ask them to flush the used pads, then you will be fine.
