URGENT

Doc, my husband is flying in from Angola and is complaining about severe leg cramps, a severe headache and nausea and fever. Any ideas on what this could be??

i see that cholera offers similar symptoms?? He is en route by car to lluanda and due to fly out at 3. says he woke up with the symptoms?
