Q.

UPTURNED TOE NAILS

MY SON, ALMOST 2 YRS OLD HAS TOE NAILS THAT "CURL" UPWARDS TOWARDS THE TIPS. THIS CAUSES HIS NAILS TO BREAK OFF EASILY AND OBVISOULY CAUSE HIM DISCOMFORT - WHAT CAN I DO?

This sounds like a fungal infection of the nails. You need to take him to a doctor. The usual medicine given for this is called griseofulvin. The medicine has to be taken for 6 weeks.
