Upper Body Skin feels Pricky

Hi,
Whenever my body temperature or heart beat (not exactly sure) increases I start feeling pricky on my upper body skin. Also my skin gets slight swelling as well wherever it pricks. For eg when I go to gym and I start cycling for first few mins I would feel severe prickiness on my upper body skin. This becomes normal after sometime. Also I have experience this sometimes as soon as I start driving, sometimes in office while in some important discussion., after climbing few stairs. Please any advice.

Hallo Roger
It could be an autonomic nervous reaction or cholinergic urticaria ( a type of hypersensitivity allergic reaction to heat) - it may help to take an antihistamine like Loratidine at night
