Vaccinations recommended are Tetanus, Hepatitis A, and current Flu jab, depending on age Measles.
Try and get a stop over to break your flight.

Sleeping tablet to get sleep on the plane and lessen impact of Jet lag and stay awake on arrival. Get sun exposure, if there is any, and go to bed at the local bedtime!

Stay away from Christchurch and as in any city be vigilant of your surroundings . Remember safe sex practices and don’t overindulge.
