unfair labour practise

I have worked for this company for the past 5 yrs in 2004 I was critically ill had to disclose my status to them since then I have been treated like a pig, they have promoted 4 people who came after I was left alone they had to employ 3 more people and this week they promoted these 3 and again I am left alone, I am the best performer and my stats were better than the rest and I know the job better than the rest...they always tell me that I am not succesful in my applications due to my bad sick leave record...guys I'  m in tears as I am typing this...they even allocated me to the manager they believed could get rid of me she hated me for no reason she gave me a warning for not attending the general wich my nanny didnt pitch for work and I told her the following week my white collegue missed the meeting bcos she forgot but she didnt get a warning after a week she gave me another final warning for email abuse in wich I only sent very few emails compared to my team first offance in 5 yrs and i got a final warning ...the list goes on...yesterdy they told me that if I dont get a position on my own by May we' ll have to go partways but in my department they have employed new people this month, pls advice if I have a strong case if I decide to take this further?
