Underactive thyroid and op

Will it make a difference going under general anaesthetic if i have a underactive thyroid?

I assume you mean will anaesthetic be dangerous if you have an underactive thyroid - no, but your aneasthetist should know about it as he may need to change some of the doses of the medication and may need to watch your blood pressure more carefully
