Twitching in face

For the past 2 weeks I''ve experienced some strange twitching in my face. First it was my eyelid, then the top of the cheek. It seems to have moved down to my mouth, just above my lips or around my upper lip. It''s happening more frequently and every day. SHould I be concerned and see my doctor about this. The only tablets I take are eltroxin (for past 6 years) and my vitamins (Vit B Complex, Omega 3& 6, Calcium &  Magnesium and my multi-vitamin)
Thank you
