TUIS OEFENINGE SONDER APPARATE

Hi Doc,
Kan jy asb. help ek is tans op ''n Lae GI dieet, maar wil ook graag tuis oefeninge doen sonder apparate om meer effektief gewig te verloor. ek is 53 jaar oud, min of meer 40kg oorgewig met knie probleme en lae rug probleme.
tans doen ek maar sit-ups en dans saam met die kinders op die maat van musiek - maar ek raak gou uitgekuier met dit.
wat kan ek nog doen veral vir die " love-handles" ?

You'll see a number of training programmes, some of which are home based, others at the gym. You have to be careful though because with knee and back concerns, you could easily train too hard and end up injured. So my advice is to see someone to get a programme given to you - a biokineticist who can assess and then demonstrate. But this is definitely the best way to approach this. Rather safe than sorry!

Cielie, pasop vir sit-ups, jy kan jou lae rug nog verder beseer indien jy dit nie reg doen nie. Hoekom kry jy nie vir jou ''n bokssak en ''n paar handskoene nie. Dit is uitstekende cardio en strength training en jy dit sal jou rug ook baie sterk maak + ek is seker die kinders sal ook mal wees daaroor. Om ontslae te raak van lovehandles doen ek superman moves- lê  plat op jou maag met jou arms voor jou uitgestrek. Lig dan gelykertyd jou arms voor jou en jou bene agter op en hou vir ''n paar tellings, herhaal. Jy sal verbaas wees om te sien hoe vinnig lovehandles verdwyn en dis baie goed vir jou rug ook! Doen ook planks (google) om jou core muscles te versterk wat jou rug ondersteun.
