TTC 9 months

Hi there Doc,

I am 34 years old and my hubby is 41. We are ttc our first child, but no success after 9 months. I wasn''t on the pill before - we used condoms.

I have regular periods... should we be concerned?

Thank you,

Give it another few months and try to time intercourse at the time of ovulation.
