Trying to fall pregnant

Hi,

2 years ago i had a little boy, after difficulty trying to fall pregnant for more than a year my gynea prescribed me clomid, 2 months later i was pregnant. I have tried to fall pregnant for year and 6 months again and nothing has happened up to date. My periods are very irregular and my cycles are long. I guess i am not ovulating. Should i go back to my gynea to ask her for clomid again? I have tried everything possible.

thanks,
