TRYING TO CONCIEVE WITH HIV+ HUSBAND

Hi

Please can you advise if having a baby with my hiv+ husband is possible. His cd4 count is about 700, and i am negative.
I did some research that shows iui is an option, will i be at risk if we try this?

He could use HAR6t to decrease his viral load and you could thyen have IUI with washed sperm. This would minimise your risk.

Best wishes
