Trying to conceive and Omega 3 supplemts

Hi Doctor

Is it OK to use an Omega fish oil supplement when trying to conceive? I' ve heard that it helps with successful implantation, is this true? I am using ReVite' s Meg 3, which does not contain Mercury or PCB' s (per the label), and drink one 1000mg pil twice a week.

Thanks

TK

Dear TK

There is certainly no adverse effect of using omega supplements whilst attempting to conceive although the information regarding implantation has not been fully scientifically established.
