Trying for another

I have already had 3 c/sections (2 live births)

Most recent LO is now 1yr.
I have for the past 3 months been trying for my last but it is not happening.
I am not breastfeeding and I have a spot menstrual cycle. I have not been on any kind of contraception for about 2 years my diet has not changed but I am still struggling with the weight I put on from the last pregnancy.
I do not have HBP or Diabetes or any other infections or diseases.

What could my problem be?

It can take a normal healthy couple up to a year to conceive, so 3 months is still a very short time.
