tremors

I have what has been diagnosed as ' benign essential tremors' .
This is getting more pronounced as I get older.
Is there any kind of dietary regime that I can follow to either stop it or reverse it?

If not, is there any other kind of rehabilitative suggestions?

Your reply is appreciated.

Dear Trixi
Benign essential tremors is a genetic condition which does not respond to dietary treatment. Discuss the use of medication with your medical dr because some patients seem to respond to Inderal.
